As a small business, please allow 3-7 business days for order processing before shipment or local pickup. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may extend slightly—thank you for your patience and support!
Local Pickup: Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification via email/text with instructions. Please wait for this confirmation before arriving to ensure your order is prepared.
Shipping: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final—but if you have any concerns about your order, please reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
